Customer Responsibilities
- You agree to contact Park Ops Manager directly with service problems or questions before disputing charges.
- You agree that credits offered by Park Ops Manager will be applied to your account and will not be refunded to your credit card.

- You warrant that you are legally authorized to enter into any recurring billing agreement.
- You agree that termination of recurring authorization must be completed in writing or through the available account management process.

Payment Terms, Fees, Termination, and Cancellation Policy
Park Ops Manager products are web-based, and no physical copy of software is provided. Fees collected for services are non-refundable once all or a portion of the service has been provided. Fees for data setup and migration are non-refundable.
Subscriptions are annual in term length. Subscriptions may be paid annually or monthly with a minimum one-year term. Outstanding accounts may be inactivated until full annual payment is received. Data exports cannot be performed for inactive accounts.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, email billing@parkopsmanager.com no later than 30 days before your renewal date. Clients are responsible for completing an Export All Data Report from Park Ops Manager before the last date of subscription.
Operating Terminology
What is included in the initial setup fee?
Initial setup includes data cleanup and backend migration of existing data. Park Ops Manager standardizes data sets and imports approved data into the system.
What is included in the access fee?
Subscriptions allow access to your data anywhere you have internet access, including computers, phones, and tablets. Access includes reports, labels, property files, technical support, onboarding, and staff training as needed.
Is support available by phone or screen share?
Park Ops Manager provides technical support by phone and screen sharing when necessary.
What training is included?
Training and onboarding are included with your subscription. Park Ops Manager trains users on best practices through live calls and available training resources.
